We have over 30 years experience in the decorating industry. 

And close ties with all the leading paint manufacturers, working in partnerships with Dulux, Crown Paints and Johnstones Paints. 

So after purchasing the premises, I was only ever going to change usage to a Decorating supplies shop. 

And decided to try and bring something a little different to the area and incorporate the Home Decor side. 

I am very happy to chat with you on the project your working on at home, and advise the best paint product for you. 

And also give you tips on the best way to achieve your desired end results, from preparation and protection too best tools for the job.

The Stripey Oss

After buying the premises, i spoke with many friends and family regards names for the shop. 

And there were a number of options. 

But As a proud Black Country Lad 

The one that stood out was 

The Stripey Oss 

The Boys at Blackcountrytshirts brought together, some of our phrases and words to create a Black Country Alphabet song which was hugely popular and viewed all around the world

They created the Black Country Alphabet video to help people know their yam yams from their yampys in 2008 and has had a huge cult following all over the world. CLICK HERE to see the video.

I used the lads many times over the years, for great and funny Xmas gifts too T-shirts printed for Stag and Hen dos

I believe a vital part of running any business, is to try and support your local people and their businesses 

So as part of our Home Decor range, we have sourced local artists and crafters to bring their works to our shop and the local community 

We are happy to talk to new local people, making unique items of work that we believe local people would interested in.
